Post-Construction
Punch-list ready.
Cleaning a newly constructed or renovated industrial space to handover condition. Rough clean removes debris and drywall dust. Final clean details fixtures, windows, baseboards, trim, and cabinet interiors. Priced per sqft because GC schedules slip.
What’s included
- Debris removal from all areas, bagged and hauled to dumpster
- HEPA vacuum of rafters, ledges, and all horizontal surfaces
- Dust-free wipe-down of fixtures, trim, switches, and outlets
- Window, frame, and track detail — interior edge-to-edge
- Floor sweep, vacuum, damp-mop, or machine scrub per scope
- Walk-through and signed acceptance form with the GC or owner

$0.30–$0.85/sqft combined rough + final. 50% at job start, 50% on walk-through signoff.

- Will you bid from drawings?
- No. Post-con scope drifts too hard from the drawings. We walk the site before bidding so the number holds.
- Net 30 or Net 60?
- Net 30 with a 50% deposit at job start. Net 60 risks a GC dragging a schedule and the cleaner going under — we're not that cleaner.
