Heavy restorative cleaning of warehouse floors, shop bays, dock pads, and break areas. We bring an auto-scrubber and a pressure washer, rent specialty equipment when the job calls for it, and price per sqft or per day — never hourly.

Deep Clean & Degrease — FAQ
- Can you handle active shop grease and oil?
- Yes — alkaline degreaser, hot water pressure wash, absorbent for saturated concrete, wastewater captured and disposed per EPA. We do not handle hazmat or listed hazardous waste.
- Do you polish or seal after?
- We can apply polymer floor sealers as a separate line item. Ask during the walk-through and we'll price it.
